What is System Build?
System build units are where approx 80% of the production required for a house construction is carried out in a factory environment. The factory environment is not affected in the same way as traditional building by the weather and on site problems thus offering a cost effective production of housing units.
System build uses standard window units, door units etc. standardization of components allows cost effective purchase and usage.
System build allows the repetitive use of standard components used to manufacture a building which allows better quality control and cost effective manufacturing techniques through repetition.
System build allows the reuse of standard design to allow quicker and thus more efficient and cost effective erection of the units on site.
